Why can’t I see my Canvas /Brightspace courses when linking my school platform?
We can only display courses that have tasks inside of them in the school platform (Canvas, Brightspace, or Moodle). The courses have to be open to you in the school platform, and there needs to be at least one event or task that has a due date.
If you’re setting up Shovel before your professors add their tasks to the school platform (Canvas, Brightspace, or Moodle), we cannot see the courses you’re taking.
Workaround
So the workaround is to create your courses in Shovel manually and link them to your school platform once your courses become available.
To link an existing Shovel course with your school platform, follow these instructions.
