What Is Workload?
Imagine taking five very hard classes, joining three clubs, and playing campus sports. You might feel there is time for all of these activities. However, without assessing your workload, you can't be certain. Remember, the events in your schedule take up time, but they're not your workload; they only reveal when you can study.
Your workload is what you're going to fill that study time with. It's a combination of all your tasks and the time they require. Without a time estimate for each task, you will not know whether you can complete it in the available study time. So in this section, we'll calculate your workload for each class. This will help you determine whether you have sufficient time for good grades or if you need to adjust your schedule.
