Adjust Multiple Tasks at Once
The beauty of having your tasks organized and categorized in Shovel is that now you can edit multiple tasks at the same time. When you're in the task list, you can group tasks by week, reading source, and task category, or you can click on the specific course and select to display tasks in a single category. Then you can select multiple individual tasks or all tasks at once. When your tasks are selected, an action bar will appear at the top. Now, you can make adjustments to all the selected tasks at once. For example, if you studied for two hours for your first quiz but didn't get the grade you wanted, maybe you need to study for three hours for the next ones, so you would adjust the time you need to three hours for all your future quizzes.
Or maybe you're starting to study too late on all of your quizzes and need to start a day earlier. So, you would change the start ahead day to be two days instead of one. Another popular functionality is when your professor moves the due dates for multiple tasks. For example, if all your due dates were moved by a week, you can push the due date for the selected tasks by seven days. You can also complete multiple tasks at once or set priorities with Shovel. You have the flexibility to quickly organize and adjust your tasks in any way you like.
